Cathie and I have enjoyed traveling since we met. After meeting on a canoe trip we have done several two week canoe trips exploring Northern Sasckatchewan, multiple month trips to Mexico in our VW van, Hazel, and now we are sailing on Catnip.
Catnip is a 44 foot Catamaran made by Nautitech in France. Two bedrooms, workshop, laundry, water maker, large galley, lots of fridge and freezer space, solar and lithium batteries make her a comfortable home.
The nav station with all the instruments, charts and radio, plus the four sails, volvo engines, anchor gear all make her a great sailing vessel.
Kona accompanied us on the previous trips, and now Sequoia joins us. It took her a bit to get used to the boat, doing her business, the motion, lack of traction on hard surfaces, but she has all that figured out now and is very comfortable on board.
